has been created to assist you in changing your Windows 200 passwords. We
recommend that you change your password every few months.
These are the passwords you should changed:

Changing your Novell Password |
- To change your Novell Password press and hold the key Ctrl; while holding it press and hold the Alt key and then press the Delete (or Del) for a moment.
  
- Once you have pressed those three keys simultaniously, your desktop, icons, and other programs will be hidden in the background. On your screen you will see a NetWare Security window. Click on the Change Password button.
- You will have a Change Password window come up on your screen. On the left part of the window you will have to select MUNINET (there is a green icon of a tree). Make sure MUNINET gets highlighted.
- On the right side of the screen type in your Old Password (Current), and then type in a new password in the New Password: box. Retype your new password in the third box. Click the OK button. If you still have the NetWare Security window on your screen you can hit the Esc key located at the TOP LEFT corner of your keyboard.

Changing your Windows Password |

- You will have a Change Password window come up on your screen. On the left part of the window you will have to select the TOP selection. This will tell you your computer name. It will be different for every computer. What will always be the same is the icon to the left of the computer name. It should be a picture of a computer
- On the right side of the screen type in your Old Password (Current), and then type in a new password in the New Password: box. Retype your new password in the third box. Click the OK button. If you still have the NetWare Security window on your screen you can hit the Esc key at the TOP LEFT corner of your keyboard.

Changing your AS400 Password |
- First, open up the AS400 Display or Mocha Display, and login as normal. Use your regular username, and your current AS400 password.
- Once connected, your screen will probably look different than that of most other town users. If the screen looks as it does below then it's safe to skip to step three, otherwise, press the F9 key on your keyboard.
- You should be at a command prompt. Here you are going to type chgpwd, and press the Enter (or Return) key on your keyboard.
- At this point you will find yourself at the screen below. Type in your current password. Next press the tab key, now type in what you want your new password to be. Press Tab again, and once again type what you want your new password to be. Press Enter (or Return) and your password change should be confirmed. You can now continue to work through this AS400 display, or log out as you normally do.

Changing your GroupWise Password |
- Open Groupwise as if you were going to check your e-mail. Select Tools and then Options from the file menu.
- In the Options menu, double click on the Security icon.
- A Security Options window will pop up. Type in your current password and press the ENTER key.
- Once you have hit the ENTER key you will be able to type in your new password. In the box below it retype your new password.
- Click the OK at button of the Security Options menu. The window will disappear and your password will be changed. Click Close on the Options menu. You may now continue using Groupwise.
