Cheney Brothers National Historic District Commission

The Cheney Brothers National Historic District Commission is an advisory commission that offers recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Inland Wetland Commission regarding applications affecting the Cheney Brothers National Historic District of Manchester.  The Commission meets on the first Thursday of the month, when needed, based upon Planning & Zoning Commission applications. If your structure is in the Cheney Brothers National Historic Landmark District and you are planning rehabilitation of the visible structure please call the Planning Department at 647-3044 two months or more prior to your planned start date to ensure timely processing of all applications.
