Manchester Community College’s Career Services Office manages a statewide on-line job listing service, powered through College Central Network (CCN), that enables employers to list position openings and allows job seekers to post
resumes. Job seekers can search position listings and employers can search
that have been posted and made available for view. This free service is convenient to use and offers many valuable features for both employers and those seeking employment.
Employers can begin by creating an account on the CT Community Colleges / CCN website and, once approved by the system administrator, can post jobs, position details, manage their account and search
posted by job seekers. The service is free and the positions listed on the site are viewable by students, alumni and community members at eight of the twelve Connecticut Community Colleges (the participating members of the CCN CT Community College Consortium). If you are a job seeker interested in searching current job listings, you can register to use the CCN job board via the MCC Career Services website. This is a free service, and although the website is designed for use by MCC students and alumni, it is open to use by community members. You choose your own user ID and password; there is no need for a student or college ID number. Once you have registered and created your account profile you will have the option to post your resume
and make it viewable to employers. The CCN system also provides information to job seekers regarding MCC recruitment events, local, regional and virtual career fairs as well as links to other job seeker resources.
