CONSTRUCTION ALERT:  The Town of Manchester - Public Works department will begin milling Birch Mountain Road on Thursday, August 14, 2008, between Blue Ridge Trail and the Bolton town line.     Paving is expected to begin the week of August 25th.  Detours will be in place during periods of active construction.  If possible, please seek alternate routes and use caution when driving through the construction zone.
