Erica Bromeley is the Director of the Manchester Youth Service Bureau.

Her job functions include:

• Planning, developing, supervising and participating in the implementation of youth service programs.
• Program evaluation
• Train and supervise staff
• Prepare grant applications
• Prepare and administer operating budget
• Work with other town departments and outside agencies
• Assess youth needs

Erica received a Master's Degree in Social Work from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. Before coming to the Manchester YSB two years ago, she was the Director of the Windsor Locks Youth Service Bureau for six years.

Erica enjoys lacrosse, boxing, soccer, adventure racing, photography, travel, and hanging out with friends.
