Shy'ra is an assistant program coordinator here at the Youth Service Bureau. Before coming on board at the Bureau Shy'ra successfully completed the CREC Workforce program at the YSB, and then worked in the Town Hall Customer Service Department for 2 years. She then joined the YSB as a teen center worker, and now works as an assistant program coordinator. Shy'ra is currently working toward her associate degree in psychology at Manchester Community College.

Shy'ra enjoys shopping, and spending time with her family, puppy, and friends.
