Manchester Government Academy

The 15th session of the Manchester Government Academy has been scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 10, 2009 and will conclude with a graduation ceremony on Thursday, November 19, 2009. The sessions are mostly held on Thursday evenings beginning at 6:30 p.m., with one session on Tuesday evening. The program is free and anyone 18 years or older, living or working in Manchester is welcome to apply.

Citizens' Police Academy

Classes for the Manchester Police Department’s Citizens’ Police Academy (20th Session) will start September 9, 2009. Classes meet in the Police Department's Community Room on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM for 15 weeks. Classes for this session will end with graduation on December 16, 2009. The program is free and anyone 18 years or older, living or working in Manchester is welcome to apply.
