Manchester Continuum of Care Working Group

Manchester's Continuum of Care system is comprised of many agencies and service providers in town including state and local government agencies, non-profit service providers and the health care establishment. This network works together to:

• Collect, assess and distribute information related to homelessness in Manchester; identify housing and service needs; and educate the community and government on housing issues, needs and solutions.
• Advacate for the development of housing, programs and services to provide and maintain adequate, affordable housing and supports for the homeless and those at risk of homelessness.
