The Town of Manchester Nancy K. Pilver Breast Cancer Awareness Wreath Dedication Ceremony will be held Tuesday, October 3rd, at 3:00 p.m. in the Manchester Town Hall, 41 Center St. Guest Speakers include Linda Pilver Yankowski and Senator Mary Ann Handley. This dedication ceremony is a show of commitment and support to the families of Manchester. The wreath dedication ceremony will be immediately followed by a reception in the lobby of Town Hall.
