The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) was passed by Congress and signed by President Obama on February 17, 2009. Through this funding stream, the Town of Manchester will receive a one-time allocation of $176,939 in Community Development Block Grant Recovery (CDBG-R) funds. The proposed use of this funding is required to be presented as a Substantial Amendment to the 2008 CDBG Action Plan. Citizens are provided with a 7-day period, starting May 28th, 2009, for public review and comment.
