The Town of Manchester is pleased to announce that Manchester citizens now have an additional option for payment of current tax bills and Water & Sewer payments.  Effective May 25, 2009 you may now pay your water/sewer bill at the Manchester branch of Enfield Savings Bank located at 23 Main St, Manchester, CT.  Please be sure to bring your entire bill with you in order for Enfield Savings to process your payment.  Payments at Enfield Savings can be made with cash, check or money order.

Effective with the July 1, 2009 tax bills, taxpayers may also pay current tax bills at the same site. Similar to water and sewer bills, please be sure to bring your entire bill with you in order for Enfield Savings to process your payment.  Payments at Enfield Savings can be made with cash, check or money order.

New Alliance Bank continues to be available for this service also. You may pay your bill at any Manchester location of New Alliance Bank, but be sure to bring your bill with you if you pay at New Alliance as they cannot process payments without your bill. Delinquent tax bills can not be accepted at either site.

The Customer Service & Information Center at the Manchester Town Hall, the after-hours drop box behind the Manchester Town Hall, and online payments continue to be available for payment options. A convenience fee and E-check fee will apply for online payments on the “Online Bill Pay” page at www.townofmanchester.org.
