Medicare Part B and HealthNet/SmartChoice are the only insurances accepted. MUST bring MEDICARE or HEALTHNET/SMARTCHOICE (Medicare HMO) card with you.

Clinics for adults (age 18 & over) only.

UNINSURED COST: FLU  $25.00

                                      PNEUMONIA  $30.00 (1st shot for people age 65 & over only)

Fees may be scaled according to income for Manchester residents

Unable to vaccinate pregnant or nursing women

PRE-REGISTRATION AVAILABLE:

People planning on getting flu shot from the Manchester Health Department on any of the above clinic dates may pre-register for the clinic. Pre-registration for the flu clinics will be held at the Manchester Senior Center on Wednesdays, October 3, 10, 17 & 24 or Fridays, October 5, 12, 19 & 26 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Please bring identification and your Medicare or HealthNet/SmartChoice card with you. Registration may also be done at the clinics.
