HOUSE PAINTING PROGRAM
Funded through The Community Development Block Grant Program In cooperation with “Rebuilding Together”
The Town of Manchester is pleased to announce a Spring 2008 exterior house-painting program for eligible homeowners in the town’s targeted housing rehabilitation program areas.
Who is eligible?
- Low and moderate-income homeowners living in the targeted areas.
- Priority consideration to owner-occupied 1-2 family dwellings and single-family homes occupied by senior citizens or by a disabled resident.
What is eligible?
- 1-2 unit dwellings within the targeted areas.
- Cost of exterior house paint, stain and related supplies (e.g. brushes, rollers and accessories) and labor up to $5,000.
