Manchester Scholarship Foundation: Applications are now available online or at the Town Hall Customer Service & Information Center. Any Manchester resident of at least six months duration immediately prior to Saturday, April 11, 2009, deadline for this application, and who will be or is a graduate of Manchester High School, East Catholic High School, Howell Cheney Technical School, or other secondary school and is planning to enter an accredited four-year college, university, or other accredited post-secondary school as a full-time student in the fall of 2009 is eligible to apply. Awards are for the 2008-2009 school year. Scholarships are offered only to students graduating from a secondary school in January or June of 2009 except for the Arthur Goodman Strong Memorial Scholarship.
