Senior Center Month: September is National Senior Center month and the theme for this year is Senior Centers Make A Connection. To honor this special month, members of the Senior Center’s Photography Group, Friendship Circle, Quilting group, Floral Crafts, Ceramics and Plastic Canvas groups will display their handmade items in the beautiful showcases located on the second floor of Town Hall. The Photography group will hang their gorgeous photos on the first floor of Town Hall. The items will be on display for the entire month of September. A celebration to kick-off this special month will take place on Wednesday, September 2 at 1:00 p.m. at Town Hall. Light refreshments will be served. Transportation to the event is available, call the Senior Center to reserve your ride, 647-3211.
